Location : Anyone Of The Schools In Maharashtra

CTC : 9lac to 12lac p.a. [ fixed ] ( depending upon current package, experience, education, interview status ) + stock options

Job Description :

Cluster Head :

Our Mission is to Empower India by making excellent education, accessible and affordable to every child. To bring our mission to life, we are setting up CLIENT school clusters in small towns, talukas, and villages in Maharashtra & Gujarat. Each CLIENT school cluster comprises of a set of preschools and K12 schools. We are looking for people to lead our CLIENT school clusters.

Responsibilities :

- Excellent execution in their CLIENT school cluster

a) Curriculum execution as per CLIENT school design

b) Student learning

c) Teacher performance and motivation

- Drive enrollments and parent delight

- Overall revenue, cash flow and cost management for their CLIENT school cluster

- CLIENT a team of School Principals, Admin Manager, Coordinators, Teachers and school staff to achieve the school objectives of excellent learning and enrollments

- Local marketing, community building and liasioning with local authorities .

Skills & Qualifications :

- You need to be either : An MBA or Business Graduate with strong interest in education and academics OR - An educator with strong interest in overall administration and business management.

- Experience of 4-5 years

- Graduate from a good institute

- Have demonstrated ability to CLIENT teams, manage customers and handle business responsibility

- Self-driven and self-starter
