Cluster Head - Life Insurance

1. Cluster Heads are quasi Regional Sales Managers managing 3 Area Offices (in addition to their own direct team).

2. This position will be reported by 3 Area Managers and 2 Relationship Managers.

3. Ensuring delivery of New business & Value of new business targets for the cluster through direct distribution channel

4. Achieving Organizational persistency targets

5. Responsible for retention, growth & satisfaction of Direct Distribution workforce

6. Achieving product mix sales targets

7. Drives adherence to sales management process, need based selling & regulatory & compliance requirements

Salary offered - 12-16 LPA
