Responsibilities:

- You’ll lead the onsite HR delivery team across portfolio companies in your region.

- You’ll be responsible for setting up HR game plan for the client, hiring finest HR talent, inspiring the team to manage their assignments with the rigor and originality that industry expects from plugHR.

- You will constantly develop team capabilities and also contribute new HR management thoughts to company product team.

- Top end service delivery and client retention would be your key success measures.

- This is both the business and the domain expert role that involves being the Head of Heads of HR as well as carrying revenue contribution target from your portfolio.

Desired Skills & Experience

- You will carry top of the line HR education and a track record of rigorous execution. Ability to hire HR talent and keep them motivated would be your forte. You need to have superior work stamina and you must be flexible to move across your portfolio companies quick, with decisive temperament. We are not much fussy about experience but the team that you'll manage comes with experience of 5 to 8 years, you must be able to offer them direction and support.

- Most of us work our hours, our way, our place, we find it to be the most efficient way to work and live. So all you need it a work corner, Internet access and phone to get going. Though we'd prefer if you've worked flexi before (it's a bit different), but we can do some handholding if you're a first timer.
