Cluster Head - FMCG

Beocme a part of an organization currently undergoing transformation with an aspiration to develop and implement Sales and Marketing plans; drive new Strategic initiatives for growth (e.g. rural marketing, new product introduction etc.);participate in new products planning for the vertical; Evaluate and update the organization structure and competencies required to achieve the organisational goals; manage relationships with key stakeholders; ensure adherence to organisational sales and marketing policies; managing people to ensure growth as per strat plan in identified therapies.

Education and Experience:

- Extensive experience in FMCG Sales & Marketing & managed large teams in developing markets

- Should have handled chronic, super specialty businesses.

- Deep understanding of the Indian Pharma industry and opportunities present
