Job Role:
- Recruitment of Sales Managers and Relationship Manager-Dealing.
- Ensuring specific number of employees in the team.
- Retention of Team Members.
- Meeting Clients along with Team Members so that the team members are develop confidence resulting in higher revenue.
- Assist team members Cross-sell the Wealth Product to the HNI Clients.
Key Skills:
- Candidate should have intensive market experience
- Should have exposure of equity Markets.
- Candidate should have a Branch manager experience of 4 years in a stock-broking firm.
- He should be able to lead the team & should have thorough knowledge of Local Capital Market.
- Candidate should have good understanding of Equity related Sales & processes.
