Cluster Head - eCommerce - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

- Owning a city/cluster growth with revenue enablement and P&L responsibilities

- Custodian for all operational activities covering the supply chain from logistics to last mile delivery

- Leading a team of and last mile ops managers and work with regional sourcing managers, factory heads to deliver the best customer experience

- Alignment of company goals and metrics to all regional workstreams including revenue, cost, customer experience, people engagement, innovation, hiring and training

- Working with the marketing team to drive new customer acquisitions and growth in revenues

- Responsible for leading the regions capacity expansion (processing, logistics and last mile)

Desired Profile -

- MBA from Top Institutions/IIM/XLRI/MDI/NIMMS/Symbiosis.

- 5+ year of experience in the similar profile handling a region/territory, P&L responsibilities
