Cluster Head - Construction Business

Roles & Responsibilities:

- The role will be responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. Key responsibilities will include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

- Role collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

- Someone with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills, will ensure that all construction activities align with the established timeline and budget.

- Seasoned construction professionals with expertise in project management will be crucial in coordinating resources, resolving any issues that may arise, and delivering successful construction projects.

- Responsible for Overseeing and directing assigned sites from concept to completion in consultation with EPC leadership team

- Reviewing & delivering the project/s in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

- Design and Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations

- Review the sites work progress on daily/weekly/monthly basis

- Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to sites job status

- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

- Suggest appropriate technology based on the concept design of the project and based on the timeframe and quality standards.

- Employ value engineering techniques/ tools to evaluate construction methods for determining cost-effectiveness and system improvements and implement changes accordingly.

- Plan the batching plant requirements, labor accommodation requirements, traffic conditions, kind of tower cranes etc.

- Work with site head to survey the contractors who have the appropriate capabilities based on project type and timeframes and provide inputs based on knowledge.

Qualifications:

- BE / Btech Civil with minimum work experience of 22-25+ years.

- Experience in the construction of Experience in construction of resorts, hotels high-end club house projects is also preferred. Someone with exposure to High rise/bungalows/Villas.

- Experience/knowledge of mass construction technologies like precast, prefab, 3D technology etc.

- Should have managed high-end, ultra-luxury fit out works
