Cluster Head - Commercial Banking

This role is responsible to build the presence and position of the bank in the target market and meet the topline as well as bottom line objectives for the Zone under responsibility. This is a senior role responsible for execution and implementation of Strategic and business Plan and actions across defined Business Metrics

The role is a leadership of People and teams, responsible for delivery of P & L, people management, motivation, direction, hiring, training,, performance mgmt. and employee satisfaction/loyalty.

- Heads the Sales & Distribution Teams for Business banking in the defined Zone. This role guides and leads the respective teams in the zone, comprising of Relationship Bankers, Direct Sales, Business Lending Sales, Product Sales Specialists, Vertical and segment specific strategy, approach and positioning.

- Manage Integrated business model. This role is responsible for developing & enhancing BB & EEF platform in the region. This includes development of and managing value story & proposition for both direct reports, support teams across respective products and product specialists. Cross functionally with other Business units such as retail, FX sales, CB and CIB and clients as equally important organisation elements contributing to One bank approach.

- The role covers strategic responsibility of in Zone alignment with Risk, operations, third party product providers, and all middle/back office functions, marketing, communication, client events, compliance, audit operations. Assist and support Head Business Banking India in creating strategy as well manage the dynamic and challenging environment. Escalate issues challenges, opportunities, be the bridge between the teams, clients and senior management.
