Job Description:

Responsible for managing branch profitability.

Allocating target to the branches as per the growth projects for the cluster.

Ensuring that the branch achieve the profit targets.

Responsible for overall supervision, guidance and Management of Operations at branches under cluster.

Proficient in managing banking sales and operations & achieving desired goals.

To increase the network of the bank by identifying locations for branch expansions.

Reviewing of process improvement circulars in close coordination with development teams.

Ensure high quality service and customer relationship management.

Desired Profile:

Graduate/Post Graduate with 15 - 20 Years of Experience.
