Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have handled a territory for sales of Construction material and possess thorough knowledge of the territory.
- Onboard anchors for supply chain finance in construction sector
- Developing and maintaining relationship with vendors and dealers in the territory
- Build strong relationships with clients to generate new orders and fulfil repeat orders.
- Enable customers to place orders using digital tools and bring more digitization to the pre-order process.
- Handling a team and supervising and guiding the team wherever required.
- Coordinate with operations, finance, logistics, and category teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Introduce new products and categories to the market as per company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations at the local level and as per company standards and policies
Skills:
- 6 yrs + experience in B2B Sales and should have handled a territory
- Must be from the following sectors - steel, cement, aluminium, paints, secondary steel, SME lending or EPC
- Strong knowledge in financials
- Excellent network with vendors
- Must bring in business
- Exp. in supply chain financing
