Position Summary: - This role involves leading a team of Field Sales Engineers (FSE) and achieving sales targets within the markets defined as a cluster. - The role is responsible for building the company brand, markets, channels of distribution, and coaching people reporting into this position. - The position involves sales of Solar rooftops and pumps in the Residential and Commercial segments of the market.
