Product to sell : Assets (business banking)

Job Profile:

- Leading a team of RMs, Acquisition RM. Managing Business Banking segment having assets and Cross Sell-liability relationship for the cluster

- Ensuring capability building of branch banking for generating new leads and driving team for open market acquisition Administering existing asset book conduct and services i.e., timely renewal, enhancement, exception management, CAM grading, overdue management, and so on

- Organizing events in knowledge sector, identified by bank, managing tie-up with associations, arranging qualified data/leads, YBL branch business service area centric events, existing customer reference and regular monitoring fresh calls of RMs.
