- Collect feedback on all aspects of the business including product quality, pricing, packing, new product ideas, supply situations, competition activities, schemes, etc.
Inventory Management:
- Distributor Inventory should not be more than 40 days
- Right Product Placement in Right Market
Take direct responsibility for -
(a) Product launches
(c) Development and implementation of competition fighting strategy in consultation with ZSM
Governance:
- Identify review process and reports which reflect the role and responsibilities of each employee.
