JD- Job Profile

- Processing Files for Housing Loans Cross verification the details mentioned in Application by the way of conducting TVR, explaining the Company Rules for repayment of Loan.

- Carry out Field investigation(PD) if required for verification of the Customer Stability & Income.Verification of Property Documents and get required pending Documents require for Legal Scrutiny.Conduct Property visits for cross verification after Scrutiny of Technical Officer.Analyzing the customer Profiles and collect required documents for Calculating eligibility as per company norms & Sanctioning Loans.

- Prepare Credit Evaluation, Work sheet (CAM) and fulfill the Details required after sanctioning the loans. Processing/cross verify property visit for Part Payment Release depending on the progress of the construction as per policy.Co-ordinate with Customer Managers and process the files and educate them for sourcing files as per company policy.

- Good experiences of handling Multi branches or State vis, Zone vis.

- 4+ years of Experiences in Home loan, LAP(alone)

- Team handling Experiences
