Description - Reporting to the Cluster CEO - India directly and dotted line to APAC CIO, this position is responsible to lead the IT & Digital organisation within India cluster. Main purpose of this role is to continuously develop and orchestrate IT & Digital capabilities underpinning current and future business needs in line with global/regional IT & D strategy and services.

Job Description : 

- Execute IT & Digital road map reflecting cluster IT and Digital needs and opportunities in line with regional IT strategy.

- Delivery of all IT projects for India cluster in close collaboration with respective customers, business areas and orchestrating regional / global shared IT services. Qualify and drive achievement of IT project benefits.

- Lead, develop & coach large scale cluster level IT & Digital team in content, soft skills and digital transformation.

- Ensure overall health of IT environments and services.

- Ensure information as well as cyber security and protect entrusted company and customer data at minimum in line with regulations and company policy.

Profile : 

- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or relevant fields.

- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Leadership position.

- Minimum of 10 years experience in IT industry (incl. personal management of large scale project).

- Knowledge of logistics/freight forwarding/manufacturing industry is added advantage.

- Outstanding interpersonal, consultancy and conflict management.
