Job Purpose: Build business within compliance framework that result in profitable contribution through cluster branches.

Reporting to: Regional Business Manager

Experience Required: 8-12 Years of relevant experience

Job Description :

- Handling a team of Relationship Managers to achieve the Disbursal budgets, Fee income targets and Yield targets through Branch Channel & Open Market

- Responsible for both budget achievements as well as compliance related to Liabilities Products

- Development of Liabilities business through Branch channel with delivering a monthly disbursement target

- Training Sales Managers and Sales executives and actively lead the new team to a consistent high value business

- Implementation of Marketing plans to increase the business, launching several marketing initiatives and training modules
