Sl. No. Accountabilities:
1 Responsible for hiring of all Grade 8 & above positions for Resort Operations, ensure Manpower as budgeted is in place at all times at all locations and establish a strong Campus Recruitment Process for hiring of entry level hospitality executives by building our employer brand across potential campuses.
2 Streamline the on-boarding and induction process at all resorts in line with the corporate induction guidelines.
3 Provide advice to all Resort HR Managers to Plan and conduct various employee engagement activities across locations on an ongoing basis..
4 Complete the performance management exercise in a timely and efficient manner
5 Analyze attrition trends and plan various programs to reduce attrition levels across resorts.
6 Ensure all Resorts HR SPOCs make timely and accurate inputs into the SAP system and report accordingly.
7 Conduct regular HR Audits across resorts and provide guidance and support to all Resorts HR SPOCs with a view to ensure complete compliance under various statutes and take necessary corrective actions as needed.
8 Ensure generation and sharing of timely and accurate HR MIS across Resorts on a periodic basis.
9 Be an effective business partner to the Chief Resorts Officer and Regional Heads / Cluster Managers for various HR matters on an ongoing basis.
