Job description :

Cloudwerx is currently seeking talented and experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to join us in a full-time position based in our India office with the ability to work remotely/flexibly.

Summary :

- The Delivery Manager is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing an end to end implementation project. You will be leading the project team to deliver a successful outcome for the project within the planned and agreed project constraints.

- The delivery manager will collaboratively work with a team of onshore and offshore project resources, engaging with external stakeholders to ensure the success of all project deliverables.

- This role will effectively and efficiently manage all project related risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies through clear documentation and communication. You will ensure a working rhythm for the project is defined and all Agile ceremonies are planned and conducted throughout the implementation.

Location: Pune ,Mumbai ,Delhi & Remote

Responsibilities :

- Managing all project deliverables within defined project constraints.

- Work with external stakeholders to develop a clear project scope and direction.

- Ensure all project contractual agreements are in place

- Work with external teams to ensure all project dependencies are clearly known and delivered to the project team on time.

- Document, communicate and maintain project plans/release and iteration plans.

- Document, communicate and maintain the projects Risk, Issue, Assumptions and Dependencies Log.

- Oversee the product development and project team members.

- Removes impediments and controls the Scrum processes.

- Organise and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies.

- Ensure that the project is running smoothly with the help of relevant tools.

- Execute the product backlog as per the product owner prioritisation.

- Manage team conflicts with good communication skills.

- Motivate the project team.

- Monitor the Scrum processes to increase efficiency.

- Ensure all project reporting is done regularly, meeting the Clients expectations.

- Effective change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years experience in Project / Program Management

- 5+ years experience delivering or supporting digital business transformations

- 3+ years of experience working within the Salesforce platform as a Project Manager

- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II / CSM certified

- Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification is a plus

- A history of working in Professional Services/Consulting is strongly preferred
