About Opportunity

Cloudnine Hospitals is looking for a Solution Architect with expertise on backend who can lead Backend Operations at Cloudnine to play a key role in engineering and building features that enable our customers to have the best experience.

We are looking for an adaptable, high performing, motivated, and self-reliant Software Engineer with past experience developing leading edge web applications

Supervisory Role

- Responsible for day to day governance of tasks and milestones for timely completion with desired quality

- He/she leads scope management, issue and risk management, as well as regular status reporting

- Plan and prioritize the development/testing streams across all digital assets within the team (Website, CMS, Mobile Apps, API's, Partner Integrations, Analytics, Tracking etc.)

- Enables the engineering team with the right set of infrastructure, development and collaboration software, analytics and monitoring tools

- Conduct the workshops for training the team with newer technology trends

- Relook the process within the team and optimize them to improve productivity

- Improve efficiency through introducing automations & new tools

Lead Technical Solutions

- Digital Technology Blueprint Implementation - Platforms, Automations, Payment gateways, mobility strategy, platform technology designs etc

- Integration with existing legacy systems and creating the interfaces, APIs to manage seamlessly

- Oversee the development & provide inputs wherever applicable

- Identify the gaps in requirements and map them to avoid re-work post development

- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical architecture

- Implement best engineering and governance frameworks within the team

- Support the developers during build-out of the product

- Provides technical guidance and direction, as well as hands-on resource and project management, for all site/software development activities.

- Responsible for the overall system development life-cycle

- Drive Security Assessment Audits for all digital assets

- Not only solve problems but avoid tech problems

- Conduct peer code reviews

- Interact with product, marketing & other team to provide tech solutions.

Challenges You will Work On:

- Driving tech solutions by architecting technologies and designing systems on backend systems in postgres and Nodejs, & Front end in React native & Javascript and React & more.

- Build & Maintain tech infrastructure for Cloudnine

- Build, Design & maintain Enterprise applications Appointment management system to data warehousing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

- 5+ years of development experience in software development

- Experience or comfortable working in a Javascript, Node & React would be a plus

- Ability to write clean & coherent code and follow established coding conventions

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly based on business requirements

- Willing to learn, experiment with new technologies
