Campaign Manager (Performance Marketing) - Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute an end to end digital marketing strategy for our new Products and centers to generate demand and qualified leads
- Collaborate with content, call center, business head of each unit to deliver cross functional projects
- Develop creative strategies to drive brand awareness using paid and organic channels
- Design and manage webinars and online events to drive awareness and product demand.
- Design and Analyze effective SEM programs and performance marketing campaigns and guide a team of performance marketers to achieve the targets of CPL, CPR and New registrations by Paid channels
- Work closely with the content and design team to distribute content and creative across all strategies to maximise exposure.
- Measure the performance of all digital marketing activities and give suggestions to the team to improve on the performance
- Plan and run multivariate experiments and advanced optimization and conversion tests to ensure that all activities are maximizing ROI.
- Become a thought leader in your domain and be a brand advocate.
- Need to handle more than 150+ Campaigns across Google and Facebook.
- You should be expert on doing conversion rate optimisation on the landing pages and doing A/B testing on this.
You are perfect for the role if you have -
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the digital marketing field
- Data-oriented, passionate in technology and digital marketing
- You must have good exposure to deal with clients and cross functional teams
- Experienced project management skills, including managing internal and external stakeholders and multiple campaigns and projects at once.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, email, social media, marketing programs to ROI metrics and more
- Experience with digital asset creation, campaign reporting and data analysis
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team - must be a strong team player with ownership, and focused on delivering results with high standards
- Additional skills like having a good eye for design and copywriting are preferred for guiding the content and design team.
