Job Responsibilities :
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the Centre with optimal operational efficiency, utilizing men and materials available.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of different sections functioning under him/her by supervising the Sectional Heads on a day to day basis with periodic functional audit and review of targets.
- Streamline and ensure the performance of all functionaries to achieve error-free activities in all processes and procedures.
- To conduct administrative rounds of the facilities at least once a day and take corrective on-the-spot actions to rectify defects or deficiencies.
- To conduct a periodic audit of various services to ensure that the laid down procedures are practiced.
- To visit other Centres of Cloudnine and interact with the respective Centre Heads and share ideas and practices, to complement each Centre's functioning.
- To improve inter-departmental and inter-sectional communications, cooperation and coordination to develop a sense of ownership to Cloudnine.
- To identify & develop one senior member of the team to take over the duties of Centre Head in his/her absence.
- Ensure availability of the sanctioned number of staff at all times and to take immediate proactive action for a suitable replacement, in case of separation of a staff member.
- To assist the employees for their professional self-development and ensure retention of the employees in Cloudnine for the longer period.
- To ensure teamwork and identify staff with leadership qualities to help their progression in Cloudnine.
- To evaluate the performance of all members of the Centre working under the Centre Head on a periodical basis formally and informally and to take corrective actions if any.
- To conceive and conduct regular training of all categories of staff and follow-up their progress professionally and take corrective actions, if necessary, in collaboration with HR Department.
- To interact with and help Clinicians to achieve smooth functioning of clinical services.
- Coordinate the activities of the nursing services with daily interaction with the Nursing Head.
- To implement all protocols and procedures without fail and assist Clinicians and Nurses in practicing various established clinical and nursing protocols and procedures.
- To ensure that the Patient Discharges are not delayed due to any avoidable reasons.
- To meet the administrative requirements of Duty Doctors and other non-medical duty staff.
- To practice principles of Total Quality Management by adhering to quality standards and keep on improving the quality of services on a continuum.
- To ensure that Customer friendly practices are followed and Customer Satisfaction is achieved in all spheres.
- To promptly respond to Customer Feedback and to ensure that the offending lapse, error or mistake (omission and commission) is not repeated and to forward a weekly report to the management on the Feedback Analysis.
- To ensure confidentiality of Patients information and data.
- To investigate and take corrective actions on Customer complaints and ensure that similar complaint is not repeated.
