PreSales - Microsoft Dynamics - CRM Solution Architect/ Sr. Consultant

We are looking for a Sr. CRM Consultant/ Solution Architect to join our team and work on challenging projects involving Dynamics CRM 2011/2013 Online & related technologies!

The Role:

- You will be working closely with the Sales and Delivery teams to design solutions.

- Conceptualize and create solution sets based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM

- Present and explain client’s requirements and Dynamics CRM based software/solution value proposition
providing remote web based solutions to clients.

- Work with development team to ensure functionality is designed as per requirements.

- Focus on ensuring UI/UX is part of ‘best’ practices.

- Participate in the pre-sales process by assisting sales and marketing with proposals for prospective customers.

The Candidate:

- 5+ years of experience in the areas of analysis, design, and implementation of Dynamics CRM.

- MBS Certified Professional - Dynamics CRM 2011: Application; Installation and Configuration; Customization.

- Technical background working with Microsoft .NET technologies, including: Visual Studio.NET, ADO.NET, SQL Server, XML, and Web Services is a big plus.

- Must have full life cycle production experience on .Net and have participated in complete SDLC for applications based on Microsoft .NET technologies.

- Working knowledge of database design and commercial tools for database integration with .NET framework.

- Knowledge of technology consulting implementations and methodologies.

- Exposure to Sure Step methodology is required.

- Experience writing good Functional Requirements documentation.

- Proven ability to establish credibility with C-level executives and drive multimillion dollar CRM projects.

- Ability to do smooth demos through web sessions and understand and document client questions/comments.

- Self-motivated and able to handle demanding workloads.
