Our Client is an IT Services company that specialises in AI/ML. Cloud, Cybersecurity domain. It is founded by Industry Veterans who have earlier built a successful Service org and also built Wipro's business in India.
Description:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for cloud services in the geography.
- Identify and target key accounts, industries, and market segments.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Stay informed about cloud technology trends and competitive offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Position the company's cloud solutions effectively against competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Understand customer needs and align cloud solutions to address business challenges.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition.
- Utilize CRM tools for efficient tracking and management of sales activities.
- Lead negotiations of contracts and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong network within the Cloud ecosystem
- Proven experience in cloud sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Indian business environment and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Own the P&L for entire region and grow beyond that as well
- Work directly with CEO
- Market Leading CTC - Both on Fixed and Variable
