This is a leadership position, where responsibilities include:  - Drive sales through direct sales, channel partners, and relationship with Salesforce.com.  - Create quarterly milestones and targets for various markets and geographies.  - Develop and Implement national sales programs.  - Build a high-performing sales team.  - Manage the use of budgets across organization  - Build a high-performing sales team and manage sales operations and resources to deliver profitable growth  - Define and oversee incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets  - Report directly to founders and participate in board meetings.
