Country Sales Manager (APAC/ Europe) : To Sell products & services of Cloud Lending Inc. by creating & implementing sales pipeline & plans

Job Duties:

- Should be a hunter, hands on generating new pipeline, manage the in-side sales rep productivity for his own sales efficiency.

- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing prospects to help him achieve his annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new license sale.
Implements international sales programs by developing field sales action plans.

- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand in emerging countries

- Should have experience in managing and leading, discovery calls, consulting approach for new customers, lead team for both pre-sales and sales initiatives.

- Should be a keen learner, ready to venture in new geos, countries. Should have a valid passport for international travel.

- He/She will need to coordinate very closely with both marketing and pre-sales to build the GTM for his/her region. Creating and managing Business Partners for his/her region will be critical.

- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Will be reporting directly to President International Sales, Cloud Lending Inc.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Should have minimum of 5 years relevant experience, Meeting Sales Goals, Negotiation, Selling to Customer Needs, Motivation for Sales, Sales Planning, Building Relationships, Coaching, Managing Processes, Market Knowledge, Developing Budgets, Should have directly managed a sales target of minimum 1 Million USD.
