- Domain understanding in Secured Business with exposure to Loan against property (LAP), School funding (K12) and Health care equipment financing (HFS).
- Engage with business users to understand how changes to processes, and technology can improve efficiencies and add value; articulate those ideas while balancing them against what's technologically feasible and functionally reasonable.
- Define, translate, and document new business needs and objectives into requirements, and collaborate with Business to ensure requirements are prioritized and being satisfied by the implementation team.
- Collaborate closely with business partners for development, testing, and training of application.
- Document workflows and screen mockups to gather design feedback from stakeholders.
- Detailed knowledge of the SDLC process.
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Lead Change Control process.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and testing of new application functionality.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Qualifications:
- Total 7 to 10 years' experience with minimum 5 years of Core Business Analyst role.
- Domain expertise in Secured-Loan against Property (LAP), Heath Equipment financing (HFS)/School loans (K12).
- Exposure to Loan origination system with detailed understanding of retail loan journey & API bases Fintech integrations.
- Exposure to Loan management application implementations.
- Bachelors in Technology/Computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Interpersonal and consultative skills.

- Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy.
