Hiring for Secretarial Manager As a secretarial manager, you will be reporting to appointed Company Secretary responsible or overseeing corporate governance, maintaining company records, organizing board meetings, drafting legal documents, and facilitating communication between the company, directors, and shareholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Job Responsibilities: - Preparation of Annual Report and compliances for MCA - Experience in Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action; - Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, Secretarial, Internal and Statutory auditors. - developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements for regular and transactional process - Implementing new regulatory and legislative requirements, management of compliance processes and policies applicable to company, advising the employees on compliance and ethics issues, regulatory guidelines and statutory obligations - To ensure timely advise /guidance on Regulatory and Compliance aspects to business - Support in setting up industry benchmarks in Compliance and set up the Company for credibility and recognition in the ecosystem in the country and internationally
