We are looking for a Product Manager, Personal Loan for Clix Capital Location - Gurugram Job Level - Manager Job Description: - This is a product development role, desired candidates should have experience/inclination in the product strategy, design, development, planning and managing the whole product lifecycle. - Collaborate, create and implement detailed product plans, feature details and technical dependencies with internal stakeholders. - Manage all stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Services, Finance, IT, Risk and Collections. - Strong focus on data and tech architecture to ensure full control on data elements for the product. - Monitor portfolio parameters and work closely with Risk and Collection to ensure desire portfolio quality. - Deliver revenue and profitability targets through internal and external partners. - Monitor Product usage to observe trends to make data driven decisions for enhancement, new features and products. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry requirements at all times. Requirements: - Strong knowledge of Banking Domain and thought process around their significance for the future of financial services industry. - 4-8 years of work experience in NBFC/Banks with experience/inclination in managing products and partnerships. - Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. - Knowledge of digital financial products and their integration with banking and financial services products preferred.
