Hiring for Compliance Manager - Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs and policies to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal standards. - Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of risk and non-compliance, and develop strategies for addressing any issues that arise. - Collaborate with other departments to provide guidance on compliance-related matters and to develop effective strategies for mitigating risk. - Stay up-to-date on changes to relevant laws and regulations, and ensure that our organization remains in compliance with all applicable requirements. - Preparation of training decks for employees on compliance-related topics and regulatory requirements. - Investigate and respond to reports of non-compliance or unethical behavior, and take appropriate action to address any violations. - Maintain records and documentation related to compliance activities, including audit reports, training materials, and corrective action plans. - Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders as needed to demonstrate compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. - Monitor and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management and other stakeholders - Any other work delegated by CCO.
