- Develop and implement a change management strategy that includes the process, tools, and measurements to manage and track changes. - Lead the Change Advisory Committee CAC meetings to assess, prioritize, and approve changes. Ensure all changes are documented, including risk assessment, impact analysis, and post-implementation reviews. - Facilitate communication between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure clear understanding and expectations about changes. - Collaborate with IT project managers, system administrators, and developers to align on change schedules and resources. - Provide training and support to IT staff and users on change processes and tools. - Monitor and report on the success of changes, identifying opportunities for improvement. - Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies that can enhance change management processes. - Develop deployment plans, schedules, and strategies in coordination with development teams, project managers, and stakeholders. - Identify potential risks and issues related to deployments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to business operations - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, operations, and support teams, to ensure smooth and successful deployments. - Continuously evaluate and improve deployment processes, tools, and practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. - Schedule deployment calls and should be available in calls for proper monitoring.
