VP - Find raising (equity)

We are a boutique IB based in New Delhi focusing on fund raising both debt and equity. We have an entrepreneur setup and are looking to hire people with an entrepreneurial mindset. Since the role is equity fund raising for early stage to series A stage companies we would prefer the candidate to have some level of deal execution experience and investor connect.

- The candidate would ideally have 2-5 years of experience in the finance industry with experience of atleast one end to end deal closure.

- He would primarily be involved in execution and hence should have modeling skills and understanding of legal issues, structuring etc.

- He would also be expected to network in company time and help in origination and investor connect.

Compensation would be performance driven and the candidate would have an opportunity to earn esops / equity in the company.
