Our client is a leading global pharmaceutical firm with presence across multiple therapeutic areas including oncology, cardiovascular, respiratory etc. They are looking for a Clinical SAS programmer for their operations who has deep understanding of various clinical trial phases.
Role:
As part of this role, you will be required to:
- Perform statistical analysis by following protocol and statistical analysis plan;
- Generate or validate dataset, table, figure and listings from clinical and other data sources using statistical analysis software
- Understand various clinical trial phases, data sources and able to map case report form or RAW data to SDTM to ADaM to TFLs to ensure collected/raw data supports protocol objectives
- Create/review specifications for SDTM, ADaM,Table Figure and Listings (TFL) and TFL shells by following Statistical Analysis Plan (SAP) and the SDTM/ADaM implementation guide
- Generate/Validate SDTM, ADaM and TFLs by using SAS or R from clinical trial data, integrated databases or other data sources.
- Develop/review annotated SDTM Case Report Form (CRF), define documents, reviewers guide
- Develop/review/implement SDTM/ADaM/TFL standards as per CDISC standard where applicable
- Develop and Implement company standard processes, templates including their revisions
- Develop/validate SAS macros, reusable codes and tools to aid automation
As a clinical SAS programmer, you need to have:
- Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or science related field OR Bachelor's degree ( 4 years) in a computational discipline with excellent academic records and strong additional experience in lieu of Master- s
- 3 years of programming experience in analyzing clinical trials data using SAS
- Excellent Interpersonal/teamwork skills for effective interactions
- Demonstrated problem solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in other statistical programming languages/software such as Spotfire
- Data analysis, technology, and systems expertise
- Proven statistical application/method development knowledge of statistics and statistical software
