Clinical Product Manager
Emprise HR is scouting for a Clinical Product Manager for one of our clients in a manufacturing & marketing organization incorporated in 2010 with an objective to create path breaking technologies for providing better healthcare solutions to the Physicians & patients for improving Clinical Outcomes for various Cardiac Disorders.
- The Clinical Product Manager is responsible for collaborating with cross-functional stake holders to define, develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics for specified product segment to help achieve revenue and profit expectations.
- Communicates and works with counterparts in technical management, R&D, medical directorship, marketing and sales to define product attributes, go-to-market strategy, product positioning, key benefits, and target customers.
Responsibilities :
KOL Engagement KPIs :
- 12-15 days field work per month
- Medical queries resolution as per requirement (within 2 working days)
- Scientific presentations for KOL as per requirement (within 5 working day)
- New Product evaluation feedback as per requirement
- Develop and maintain professional relationship with KOLs
- Cycle meeting support - Attending monthly sales review meeting and annual meeting. Conduct medical session as and when required.
- Medico- Marketing - conducting CMEs and other meetings.
- Clinical trial support - Site evaluation and initiation for clinical studies planned in the year.
Self-Development :
- Cardiac conclave initiative
- Identify opportunities to partner with clinicians on various initiatives and develop programs to drive and augment sales strategies.
- Interested and suitable candidates share profile with updated resume.
