Administration Management (50%) :
- Coordinate with the global HR and Finance team to manage CPI's Indian operations
- Manage daily operations such as office spaces, lease agreements, vendors, equipment, events, materials, and technology, etc.
- Coordinate with the global operations team and the CFAO to ensure the appropriate allocation and effective use of resources across all CPI programs and offices
- Maintains technology equipment by completing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs monitoring equipment operation
- Coordination with India School of Business as it relates to the shared services agreement
- Managing Director's travel and bookings
- Coordinate team calls and meetings
- Supervise other administrative staff and interns
- Initiate and implement special projects
- Ensure smooth functioning of India office with efficiency and diligence
- Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the reporting Director.
HR Management (40%) :
- Coordinate with CPI's global HR and act as the contact point for all people issues including, employee relations, people development and engagement
- Oversee the adherence to CPI's local and global policies, ensuring HR compliance
- Coordinate to improve service level and manage employee records, employment offers, appointments, induction; collaborating with benefits plans, compliance, insurance, payroll functions, etc.
- Oversee the effective implementation and utilization of CPI's HRIS for India staff
- Support the India Director in staffing strategy and personnel management and development,including tiles and compensation analysis, etc.
- Manage employee leave, attendance, work from home records, telephone reimbursement program, etc.
- Address and resolve employee grievances and escalate
- Propose customized policies that suits the India staff
- Coordinate for employee reviews, appraisals and training & development
- Work towards improving employee-employer relationships; and
- Develop and implement best HR practices for CPI India.
Communications (10%) :
- Serve as communication hub for CPI: answer phones, direct inquiries, correspond with colleagues within and outside the CPI network, receive visitors to India office, and manage in-person inquiries, including leading internal communication activities for India office;
- Gather feedback and data to make recommendations for improvement and innovation in the areas of operations, HR, and internal communications;
- Partner with the Communications Director in overseeing and implementing CPI's internal communications strategy, and maintain the sharing of knowledge throughout the network; and
- Work along with global Communications team on media outreach activities, events in relation to the projects undertaken by India office.
