Climate Change & Decarbonisation Strategy Role - ESG - Consulting Firm

- Develop greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions baselines, decarbonization scenarios and pathways based on clients' business circumstances and priorities.

- Analyse decarbonization technology options and pathways based on technological readiness and economic feasibility.

- Translate climate change impacts into quantitative and qualitative insights for the client.

- Examples include financial impact of physical and transition risk on balance sheet items, climate risk metrics, climate scenario analysis and stress testing.

- Research, analyse, and fact-find on ESG and climate-related engagement topics

- Have an advisory mindset; assess strategic objectives and plans for clients and lay solutions that translate strategy vision into concrete actions.

- Contribute to reports and management presentations by taking complex concepts and articulating these in a digestible format.

- Support development of analytical solutions, market intelligence, and sector knowledge on ESG, climate, and decarbonization space

- Stay up-to-date on developments in technology, solutions, best-practices, regulations, and required skillsets to effectively engage with clients

- Ensure that projects are delivered in a timely manner that complies with internal and regulatory procedures

- Any other duties commensurate with the role.
