We are looking for a high-performing Client Aquisition Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Responsible for the Generation of New Leads and the Conversion of Existing leads.

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies,Campaigns and programs to capture key demographics

- Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts

- Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan

- Laisoning with Internal Marketing Team & Market Research Team.

- Tracking The Competition and their Offerings.

- Responsible for the Collections.

Requirements

- Masters degree in Business Administration(MBA) or a related field with Sales & Marketing Major. Overall 3-7 years of experience in good digital marketing agency of tier 1 city

- 4 to 5 Years of B2B Sales Experience. Earlier role can be marketing manager/lead/consultant who has been into client acquisitions

- Age - 27+ Yrs

- Preferably from Enterprise Sales (IT & ITES)

- Experience in Selling Innovative Softwares & new Concepts is Added Advantage.

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise. Candidate has to know Telugu and Hindi. Preferably male candidate, unless candidate is extraordinary, as doctors usually give appointments at night or odd hours due to their busy schedules and logistics will be a problem

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
