MBA only from Tier 1 & Tier 2 B School
Experience - 1 to 2 Years
About the role :
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
- Addressing and resolving key client complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between clients and the internal team
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
- Conduct sales negotiations with key accounts. Set up schedules and appointments to obtain new accounts and to service existing accounts.
- Survey market area to detect business trends and opportunities for new services
- Define the cross-selling strategies and execute them for a closure
- Use portfolio, market, or business process information in the regular analysis of the Cross-sell portfolio/offers and identify opportunities to generate revenues.
- Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, competition, and product lining marketing.
- Develop and execution of key account strategy and business plan.
The key Account Manager will work closely with the company's biggest clients to build a long-term strategic partnership. This role requires excellent communication along with a range of skills like closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross-functional leadership.
