Location: Goregaon East/Hybrid working (candidates based in and around Goregaon East / Western Line only preferred)
About company: It's a fast-growing Wealthtech firm based out of Mumbai.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
- A Client Specialist serves as a liaison between the organization and customers.
- Develop healthy relationship with customers and build strong connect with all key stakeholders at the customer's end.
- Deliver 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring successful adoption and integration of the platform, across your customers.
- Good knowledge of subject matter - both Finance and IT
- Doing product demonstrations internally as well as to clients
- Planning and monitoring
- Prioritize requirements and create conceptual prototypes and mock-ups
- Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving
- Build, Own and Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities from your accounts - short term and long term.
- Good understanding of the customer's business and their top objectives at various organizational levels.
- Building a high degree of mindshare for our solutions and company within the key stakeholders in your account list. Build customer loyalty.
- Ability to understand business and technology challenges and align them with possible solutions from our portfolio.
- Act as a link between the sales and other internal teams, ensuring that customer requirements are prioritized and resolved in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain an account map, plan for each customer, and develop close relationships with key stakeholders in your accounts.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of financial concepts applicable in Capital markets.
- Being able to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment.
- Being able to create examples, prototypes, demonstrations
- Flexible and able to adapt to business requirements
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- 3-7 years of work experience with minimum 1-2 years' experience in B2B account management.
- Strong foundation in Business development/Client Relationship, with SaaS experience being a definite advantage.
