As a Client Servicing specialist you will support the key clients of the organisation by extending a high level of service delivery on day to day operational activities. Work closely with the client teams to resolve any issues and have a sharp focus on continuous value creation to retain and expand the existing client business. Provide workflow solutions to the Account Management team to help service the clients better.
You Will:
- Build valuable and long-term relationships with clients by providing operational support.
- Support the activities around contract(s), billing and licensing.
- Assist the Account Management team by building intelligence around the existing clients and product usage.
- Collaborate with relevant internal teams to resolve client issues and improve service delivery.
- Provide detailed feedback to the product development teams to help anticipate client's future needs.

- An excellent communicator with an ability to present comprehensive solutions to prospective customers.
- Good in understanding client needs and translate that into solution offerings.
- Subject Matter Expert with very detailed understanding of own and client's business.
