Experience: 10 years and above ( Candidate should be from Digital advertising agency or ssould have knowledge of working on digital platform)

Job Description/ Job Role:
- Experience in handling large accounts
- Provide inputs for strategy formulation innovate and create ideas and direct the team for implementation of the project, with the objective of meeting the budgeted.
- Initiate contact, meet and understand needs of prospective clients, accompany team members on prospective high value calls, review and present proposals, suggest appropriate communication solutions in conventional or non-conventional formats to prospective clients in order to increase usage from existing clients, and induce usage from new clients.
- Evaluate the brief given by the client, gather relevant data, come up with ideas and innovative solutions basis the brief, check for feasibility of the plan and take relevant approvals, and prepare the presentation pitch in order to maximize the value for the client and secure business.
- Coordinate, control, monitor, structure and standardize norms with internal (Edit, Brand, Sales, Art) and External (Vendors and Clients) stakeholders in order to ensure timely and smooth implementation of the project.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven experience in handling international customers with at least 6+ years of exposure to handling teams both Onsite & Offshore
- Must have experience in a team leading position & managing team dynamics
- Domain exposure to Hospitality, Banking, Financial Services or Insurance will be an added advantage
- Experience in working with Sales teams to drive business growth in the designated account
- Exposure to Program Management with a client focus for customer quality and retention experience in dealing with large enterprises and interacting with key stake holders
- Delivery Assurance Customer Satisfaction Business Growth within the designated account Adherence to quality standards and organization ethics
- Team management & coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
