Summary of Job Purpose:

- Client Services Lead would have hands on experience in Modeling & Analytics. Candidates with some exposure to the Hospitality Industry would be desired.

Key Accountabilities:

- Be the onsite lead and face of the organization in the client’s office

- Connect seamlessly with India team to ensure smooth operations

- Provide technical analytics leadership for the team to help them identify and apply methods/frameworks applicable to the situation

- Review outputs delivered from team members, and ensure that they meet the criteria set by the client

- Fill gaps in thinking and application of analytics as needed

- Take a project from a strategic level, to an execution level

- Independently run selected projects as an individual contributor as needed

- Partner the account manager/ business development to develop and implement account growth strategy

Project Management:

- Being involved in project planning and managing multiple stakeholders

- Being responsible for all aspects of project management (including resource allocation) to ensure that projects are delivered on time, on target with client needs and reflect the high quality standards propagated by the company

People Management:

- Contribute in the appraisals, mentoring, training etc. of team.

Client Servicing:

- Significant client interaction including managing client satisfaction, feedback process, managing services provided to clients and assisting project teams in client communication as and when needed.

- Initiate thought leadership project to enhance client’s frameworks and identify new areas of analysis and insights for clients to explore

- Carrying overall responsibility of project level client interaction

- Encouraging teams to achieve high level of service excellence

- Quality/ Process Compliance & Improvement Initiatives

- Having a complete understanding of the various internal processes, ensuring adherence to the same by the team and maintaining and monitoring metrics/SLAs pertaining to the same

- Suggesting improvements to enhance the efficiency of various internal processes

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Experience and skills:

- SQL coding experience (not related to number of years, but should be able to handle data with SQL)

- Strong Analytics exposure, preferably handling loyalty/marketing related functions in the airline, hospitality, travel, retail or related industries.

- Ability to grasp business aptitude

- Prior client Onsite experience will be good to have

- 8-10 years of working experience

- Effective Decision Making Skills

- Ensuring effective communication with internal & external stakeholders, managing client interactions etc ;
Refers to effective oral, written & presentation skills

- Experience of managing multiple projects, small to medium sized teams and handling client interactions in the past

- Candidate should have high enthusiasm & ownership and should be motivated by unstructured environments

- Ability to lead the delivery of an offshore team; and coordinate with onsite stakeholders

- Must possess H1B.

- Candidates from Dallas or US would be preferred
