Marketelligent is looking for Client Services Directors to manage its key Clients.

The Client Services Director will be responsible for the managing key clients which includes

Managing Client Business

- Maintain / improve profitability

- Ensuring Client satisfaction by delivering on time and maintaining quality

- Growing the business by constantly offering new services and solutions

- Building strong relationship with the client

Manage the team

- Understand clients business problem and translate into analysis frame work

- Motivate and develop the team

- Recruiting the right talent

- Profile and Skills Required

We are looking at go getters with a ‘can do’ attitude. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial bend of mind and leverage the freedom in an unstructured environment in delivering innovative solutions.

- The Client Services director should constantly think of ‘delighting’ the client and ways of growing the business.

- The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage the client and the delivery team.

- The key requirement is to have strong business analysis skills and the ability to adapt across different industry and functions. The focus should be on business rather than on technology or techniques.

Education and Experience

- We are looking at MBA’s from top tier Business Schools with 4-6 years’ experience in Consulting, Analytics or any other industry in a line function (sales, brand management, business analysis, supply chain etc).

Opportunity and Compensation

- Compensation will be around Rs. 15 lakhs+ per annum depending on the candidate. There will be attractive bonus and stock options.
