Required
- 8+ years of experience in Customer Success roles, including at least 2 years as a Manager of a Technical Support team in 24 x 7 support model
- Modern communicator who loves to be customer-facing in highly personal ways to build relationships
- Passion for coaching and staff development
- A go-getter driven by metrics
- Strong technical background along with excellent analytical skills & problem solving skills
- The ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related technical discipline)
Preferred
- 4+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Salesforce.com or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) company
- 2+ years of experience in an Agile software development environment
- Experience in account management and customer retention is a plus
