Client Relationship Manager - HNW Investors Segment - Financial Services

We are a leading financial services firm specializing in wealth management for high net worth individuals. Seeking a dynamic Client Relationship Manager fluent in Russian to build strong relationships with our Russian-speaking clientele.

Job Location: Delhi / NCR

Responsibilities:

1. Manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, focusing on Russian-speaking investors.

2. Understand clients' goals, preferences, and risk tolerance.

3. Provide personalized investment advice and tailored solutions.

4. Proactively engage clients and expand business relationships.

5. Communicate financial concepts clearly and effectively.

6. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences.

7. Monitor portfolios and recommend adjustments.

8. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes.

9. Prepare investment proposals and reports.

10. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

1. Degree in finance or related field.

2. 2+ years of Client Relationship Management experience.

3. Fluent in Russian & English (verbal and written).

4. Strong knowledge of wealth management and investments.

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Client-focused with attention to detail.

7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
