Role: Client Relations

Location: Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:


- One will be responsible for sales of the company's product offerings through the acquisition, development, and management of HNI, ultra-HNI, and NRI client relationships.

- The individual would be a member of a youthful, energetic team that makes between 20 lacs and 2 crores in gross sales each month.

- To thrive in this role, one must have excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of the client's investments.

- In this high-profile position, one will collaborate closely with wealthy clientele. One will create the best tactics to improve the client's alternative investment portfolio in collaboration with the internal product sourcing team.

- Additionally, the person will counsel clients on possible risk factors.

- Maintaining ongoing communication with clients is crucial to meeting their financial and aspirational demands through the company's product offerings.

- Through the company's product offerings, the individual will be in charge of increasing their wealth and improving alternative investments. One must analyse and manage their requirements while managing the complexities of their portfolio.

- A capable manager with training in investment services and financial planning is required, as well as familiarity with recent advancements in the alternative investment sector.

Job Requirements:

- Post-graduate with 5 to 15 years of overall job experience in sales to NRI, Ultra-HNI, and HNI customers. You must be working in Mumbai's markets.

- Must be experienced in bringing in, growing, and overseeing clients. Knowledgeable about selling goods to NRI, Ultra-HNI, and HNI customers.

- The following sectors should employ candidates: luxury goods, banking, private banking, financial services, and real estate. Proficient in marketing goods priced between 50 lacs and 5 crores.

- Banking and private banking RMs must to have a portfolio worth more than 50 crores, from which they bring in more than 50 lacs annually.

Competencies Required:

Industry Experience: Luxury Sales, Financial Product Sales, Wealth Manager, Luxury Segment (Real Estate)

Skills: Excellent Communication Skills / Excellent Interpersonal Skills / Good Business & Negotiation Skills / Prospecting & Client Management / Mid-Level- Leadership Skills

Personal Attributes: Pleasing Personality, Presentation Skills, Independent Thinker, Self- Motivator

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite of Programs
