Job Title - Client Referential

Location - Mumbai

Position Purpose :

- To ensure high quality of Client referential, Static data updations & E-banking support services, enhancing client satisfaction by safeguarding shareholder interest and performing as per SOP with no errors

Responsibilities :

- Ensure that all Static data updation & E-banking setup/other requests are completed without errors within TATs.

- Perform Maker-Checker for Static Data updations and e-banking requests as in sharepoint queue.

- Ensure all the regulatory Reporting/ filings are completed within due Dates

- Coordinating for various submissions to internal/ external stakeholders.

- Ensure that all the KPI are reported on time

- Optimum utilization of bandwidth and working towards efficiency gains.

- Safe keeping of clients documents.

- Active follow up for pending documentation & discrepancy management.

- Ensure data quality & data integrity of client records.
