Our client is a renowned & well established organization and is a market leader in its operating industry. It is a large organization with a pan India presence and large employee base (5000+) with a huge number of offices across the country.

Job Role:

We are looking at someone with Big4 (Consulting) experience only for this role.

This is a strategic role which entails working closely with the Business Development team which caters to the Pharma industry at large. With your domain expertise in Pharma, you would work with top clients alongside the Pharma business development team, with the objective of driving enhanced value through deepened engagement led by a detail understanding of the client's business and challenges and opportunities facing the client's business.

- Engage with the CXO levels at the client's end and develop a strategic understanding of the client's business - the challenges in the business and the opportunities for growth

- Leverage domain understanding and, if needed, conduct market research, to get insights and consumer trends to understand the problem.

- Create marketing solutions basis the understanding and insights by identifying relevant media platforms to address the challenges in the client's business

- Through strategic engagements, deepen relationship with the clients and maximize the share of client's marketing spends.

There is flexibility in the job base location depending on your current location/preference between Delhi or Mumbai.

Desired Skills and Expertise :

- MBA from a premier B School with 12-18 years experience across top national brands.

- Your overall experience should be in the field of Sales and Marketing, where you would have handled Marketing and P&L roles

- You should have developed an in-depth understanding of the Pharma business and consumer buying behavior.

- Analytical bent of mind with exposure to Marketing and Consumer Research and run programs based on insights thrown up by research.

- Exposure in a matrix organization having handled P&L roles and having worked with cross functional teams will be an added advantage
