Client Partner - IT/Telecom (15-24 yrs)

EU/Overseas/International/Cologne,Germany Job Code: 1183153

This role is based out of Cologne, Germany for at least one year. Should have valid work permit/ german resident to work in Germany and have good exposure to IT/Telecom sales and business development in German markets. Should be fluent in German language.

The Client Partner will be responsible for all client interfaces within the assigned Strategic account, Client relationship management & business development to build a portfolio of 50M


- Client delivery assurance: collaborate with all delivery stakeholders involved to ensure fulfilment of all commitments to the client

- Account planning and governance: create the account plan including relationships required, opportunities to be pursued, price decisions, etc.,

- Establishing and managing client relationship with key decision makers

- Establishing and building "trust" and leverage client context by understanding client's overall business goals

- Positioning the company as a Strategic & preferred Tier 1 Digital Engineering partner for the client

- CXO and Stakeholder mapping relevant to engineering business including Presidents & BU heads, GMs, Product Management organization, and CIO organization

- The Client Partner should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch consulting /relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of Engineering, Data Centre, IT systems, and solutions

Required Qualifications

- Progressive 15+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience for Telecom and IT domain

- 10+ Years of selling Digital Engineering & IT Services to CTO, Product Engineering and CIO organization

- Exposure to selling capabilities across Cloud, Data, Automation, modernization, Analytics & working in a global delivery model will be preferred

- Track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.

- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations

- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience

- RFP/Bid Management Lifecycle Management

- Experience and cultural flexibility to work across countries and succeed in a global organization

- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)

- Sound financial & commercial Business understanding

- Should be proficient in the local language
