Duties and Responsibilities :
- Hunting New Clients and Building relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our services.
- Become part of a high performance team culture with a focus on integrity, accountability and a drive for results.
- Articulating Company Value and maintaining regular dialogue with the existing clients by Introducing companies Offering and Product Enhancements and continually stay abreast of new product offers and technology
- Engage with C- Level executives and conduct client meetings over the phone
- Achieve prospect meeting, phone call and other sales activity metrics
- End to End Sales process including contract negotiation
- Accurately forecast new business and manage information in CRM Tool
Requirements :
- Minimum 4 - 10 years of experience in an Account Management/Business Development (Hunting & Farming) role with excellent client relationship
- Experience within a performance based environment preferred
- Passion for customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Organize and communicate information clearly)
- Strong computer efficiency (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Interest or experience in IT / ITES / Market Research related industry
- Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to work independently to meet individual performance goals
- Proven ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
