Client Partner


- Ensure best of Customer service: Engage customer base in dialogue and better connect throughout hierarchy.

- Be the single point of contact for customer, address issues and ensure Client retention and act as trusted and valued partner of the client.

- Participate in Business Development by understanding /discovering client needs, positioning of services, getting new business through cross-sell approach with the existing clients.

- Lead the business opportunities end to end- with cross functional collaboration with technical presales, commercials, operations team etc- and manage these within Salesforce.

- Manage client intelligence and update account plans on periodic basis (news/updates, announcements, people movement, product approvals etc.) and ascertain impact. if any, with further actions.

- Ensure timely Quarterly Business Review meetings with clients.

- Invoicing: In collaboration with delivery team work on invoicing, thorough review and share with finance department for timely invoicing.

- In collaboration with delivery team monitoring the work progress, ensuring timely delivery / compliance / maintaining quality, investigation & resolution of queries, participating in internal and external status meetings, updating project progress to the stakeholders.

- Involve in review of technical agreements, proposals, SOWs for clients.

- Trains and mentors' new employees (as required).

- Maintain awareness of changes to/new regulations affecting scope of activities.

- Communicate new or changed regulations to management and to relevant members of the department to initiate any change in processes (as applicable).

- Generation, review and execution of company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WI).

- Liaise effectively and maintain excellent relationship with the clients and internal/external contacts.

- To contact, as required the UK/US office(s) and customers/clients to achieve required outcomes and meet timelines.

- To carry out necessary administrative duties required for the job.

- Other duties as assigned by management.
